ATTN: Chew Me Out So I Can Keep Frank Kern's Mass Control Monthly

Here Is Your Opportunity To Cuss Me Out, Take Your Frustration Out On Me & Be Loved For It..."

I'll get to how this is possible in a minute but first let me tell you quickly why it has come to this...

I ordered Frank Kern's Mass Control Monthly Welcome Kit and after having checked most of it out I have decided I'd like to stay on for a while.

And here's the problem...

... I don't want to pay for anything else right now, especially $297 a month.

It's just a little rule I have right now. I mean, everybody knows that at some point, enough is enough and that a penny saved is a penny earned, right?

But this stuff is actually pretty damn good!

Now, I could cancel some other memberships but none of it compares in price and most of what I am paying monthly for is necessary.

SO, after thinking about it I decided that in the three weeks I have left before getting billed $297 I will test whatever advice he gives that is applicable on one or two web sites that I have and IF the increase in profit were equal to or greater than the cost of membership then I would keep it.

But then another thing occurred to me...

I've been wanting to quit cigarettes for a a while now and the more stressed out I get the more I tend to smoke - I can get REALLY stressed out and as a consequence I may very well buy up to two packs a day.

At an average of $5 per pack, two packs a day is $300 a month - That is what it costs to be in his membership.

I'm sure you know where I am getting at - I quit smoking and use the money to stay a member. I still intend to apply some of Frank's stuff like I said above but I want to go this route because it will have many benefits and that money saved WILL afford me Frank's membership.

This will not be pleasant - For ME.

Where YOU come in...

I need you to hold me accountable & you get to be as nasty as want within the limitations of the forum rules - if it were up to me you could go ballistic.

I have one already-open pack left and I intend on using what's left in it to taper off by only having one every hour, then one every couple hours, then one every few hours and in a day or so they will be gone - I dunno if that'll work but that's the plan.

So, I get to have a shot at not lighting up and in time bettering my health, brain, saving money and using most of it to stay in Frank's membership a little longer.

You get to hold me accountable...

... and if I break down and buy a pack...

- I promise that I will come here and confess it and when I do you can be as nasty as you wanna be

So, even if you aren't normally in the mood to cuss me out when I screw up then on any particular day I screw up, if you...

Are pissed at your spouse?... Just go ahead and take it out on me.

Have customers that are being a pain in your ass?... Take it out on ME!

Just woke up and not feeling normal yet?... Take it all out on me.

Bought another crappy WSO?... Take every bit of venom out on me.

Are just feeling plain mean and want to be a jerk... Just go to town ripping me apart...

Just use that anger to tell me what a @#%%@! and a ^&$#@@! I am and to stop being such a *#&$^@! and just stick to it!!!

Okay?

Yes, this post is 100% serious and I hope those who decide to help me out have a fun time doing it... Anyone is allowed, so anyone who particularly hates me here is your golden opportunity to call me names and chew me out.

I don't know how long it'll take but if I can get past a week then I should be able to stick to it and up to or after 30 days I think I'll be alright.

I guess this makes it official (Maybe I can delete this topic if I have regrets before anyone sees it - J/K?)

Man, I am going to be in hell. I'd better stock up on some junk food, gum, hand grips and a crap-load of bottled water.

...

dude, you could have made this a WSO.

People could pay to you to take out their frustrations on...you. Maybe a "rant-a-day" system where they pay you a dollar a rant.

I could probably spend about $5 a day easy!

Of course quitting smoking is a much better way, and healthier. Need to quit myself, but I only smoke abot a 1/2 pack a day.

        Tommy...

Allow me to be the first.

As far as I can tell you're a weak-minded slacker. You talk a good
game about wanting to quit then you give us some cock-n-bull story
about how you have a partial pack left so you'll just gradually wien
        yourself off the nasty weed.

        HA!

        SURE YOU WILL!

I've seen it all before... you can bullshit yourself into believing your
namby pamby excuse but you can't bullshit me!

You'll buy another pack... then another... then another... and before
you know it the credt card statement will come in the mail with Frank's
        charge on it.

And you'll be oh so apologetic about why you couldn't just man up
and do the right thing in the first place.

Well... I'll have none if it!

Besides that... Frank needs the money. How selfish of you to deprive
him of the basics of survival all because you couldn't exercise a modicum
of self control over your nasty vices.

Get on with it... no excuses!

    .
You are already rationalizing why you aren't quitting cold turkey right now. If you really can't bring yourself to throw the cigarettes away right now, do yourself a favor and smoke them all immediately.

As in, start lighting them up, sucking in as much smoke as possible and then lighting the next one when that burns out. By the time you finish the pack you will feel so damn sick you will have a much easier time sticking to a commitment to quit

I want to keep Frank's membership too, but I quit smoking months ago so I can't use cigarette money to pay for it!

Here is an easy solution. If Kern's stuff is THAT good, you should be able to make $300 in the next three weeks to pay for the next month. If you don't make that money, it must not be worth it. Easy solution.

      Tommy,

People yelling at you and you beating yourself up about quiting are seriously both destructive to what you want to accomplish.

I honestly suggest thwarting off trying to use negativity as any motivator to make change in your life.

Either way whichever you choose. I wish you the best of luck at reaching your goals.

I would in certain cases. I joke around about most things. And most of the time.

But I've done the "beat yourself" up routine many times in the past. And although it may seem light hearted and silly. It really does breed very negative results.

This just isn't one of those "joking" things for me.

My Dad quit smoking after years with pure willpower. One day he decided, and that was it. He did chew gum for a long time to help. As a kid I remember him putting a stick of gum in his mouth and out of habit trying to light it.

If you can't do it just cancel the subscription now.

It seems like a win win to me. Quit smoking and keep Franks materials which could ultimately make you lots of money. You'll be healthy, wealthy, and a bit wiser.

          Right on Dave!

But, I also think it's a good idea for Tommy to quit smoking to pay for the program.

When I first got married at 18 I was in the Army and not making a whole lot of cash. I was smoking a pack and a half a day. I realized the I wasn't going to be able to afford the rent on an apartment for my lovely wife and I if I didn't give up the smoking.

So, I made a vow to myself that I would NEVER buy another pack of cigarettes. I've not broken that vow for 15 years.

You can do this, you just have to make a commitment to yourself, and REALLY mean it. Don't make some bull*&^%, half-assed attempt. Make a REAL commitment.

Oh, and then use Frank's stuff, and make an extra $300 a month (at least) and you'll really be doing well.

The last time I quit smoking (the one that stuck!) was the time I simply made up my mind I was no longer a smoker. I kept telling myself, I can't put that thing in my mouth and light it, I'm not a smoker and that's something only a smoker would do. The moment I believed that, the urge was gone (took about three days, and the withdrawal was almost painless).

              Now, to fulfill your request...

If you really believe that taper-off and not start bullcrap, I'll know that if brains were gasoline, you couldn't propel a flea's motorcycle around a raindrop.

I smoked for 12 years before I quit, and it took my father dying of lung cancer before I finally quit.

My Dad died at 49 because he was a smoker and refused to quit.

I quit because I don't want my son to go through the pain I am going through.

I quit because I dont want my wife to go through the pain my Mom is going through.

Quit being selfish and you will see the consequences smoking has. If you cant stop thinking about yourself you probably will never quit.

It isn't indulging. It is an ADDICTION. It is also too late to tell someone not to ****ing start when they have already started.

Most people susceptible to peer pressure will deny that they are responding to it and may truly be unaware that it is affecting their decision-making processes. That's how persuasian works. Every marketer should know that already. I believe we call it social proof!

Every smoker knows that smoking will kill them. Believe me, when I smoked, total strangers felt obliged to share this fact with me every day. No shit, Sherlock, really??!

Like alcoholics and drug addicts, every smoker who finally quits eventually has to decide that they want to live and breathe freely more than they want to continue the addictive behavior. The decision can only come from within. Other people berating you to quit smoking will likely have no impact because the addiction is far stronger than the social stigma. Addiction is generally immune to social proof.

For some, sadly, the addiction is even stronger than the health consequences. My next door neighbor continues to smoke even though she's been diagnosed with emphysema and spent weeks in the hospital.

If the OP wants to stop smoking though, I do agree that he should throw the pack away immediately. "Tapering off" is just another way to make sure you will fail.

If you want some help quitting, I highly recommend "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. I had already stopped cold turkey before I read the book, but I am certain it helped make my decision "stick" this time.

Have you thought about, what does smoking really do for you?

Besides bringing you one step closer to lung cancer, wasting money, and __________

If you really want Kern's membership, you'll figure out a way to buy it month after month,

If you want people to call you a loser, moron, or a weak minded pathetic fool,
how will that bring you closer to accomplishing your goals?

At the end of the day, YOU are RESPONSIBLE for YOU.

YOU are the one who will make the DECISION, whether you'll quit, and be
able to pay for Kern's membership, or NOT.

No one else can really make that decision for you, or help you in that regard.

Negative motivators in theory may work, but if you watched The Secret, you'll realize
that you'll just be attracting more negativity into your life.

Sooner or later, your brain will say, yes, you are a loser, and you can't quit, you can't do it,
especially on the sub-conscious level, which is the most dangerous!

Take responsibility for yourself and your actions, be a man, GROW UP

Step up to the plate, quit smoking, launch a website, make money, pay for
the membership, and go about your day without wasting our time, and hearing
about how pathetic you really are.

Perhaps this is the kind of motivation that you need?

                I really doubt it.

You're in charge of your own reality, no one else can really do it for you.

Whether you think you can, or can't, either way you're right, ( Henry Ford )
surely you've heard that before, right?

                  Now live by it!

                  Peace out.

That kind of says it for me

I'm going to print that out, read it digest it and hopefully give up with it.

I think we all are looking for the new way of life, but don't want to change anything we are comfortable with. Well, change doesn't happen when things stay the same.

Much has been written/spoken/recorder/filmed on quitting smoking. There are a lot of methods and tips, but here is the backbone of my method.

As with anything life, sometimes you fall off the wagon. The best way to counteract this is to GET BACK ON AGAIN, right away!

I like many smokers had many failed attempts at quitting smoking. But here is how I finally did it.

First, I decided that I wanted to stop, I made tat DECISION. And so the quitting process started. I was doing well, (this happens to all of us), but then I FELL OFF THE WAGON and went out, bought 10 cigarettes and smoked one.

At this point, what do most smokers do? Anwer, they finish the packet. BY WHICH TIME THEY HAVE STARTED SMOKING AGAIN!

So what did I do? After smoking the one cigarette, I destroyed the rest of the packet, AND CARRIED ON IN MY QUEST TO STOP SMOKING FOR LIFE.

"Isn't that a waste of money?" Well, if you continue to smoke, you will waste a hell of a lot more, not to mention destroy your health.

The point is, if you fall off the wagon and give in to your cravings, it is a bump in the road, a temporary hiccup, DO NOT LET IT BECOME A FAILURE.

Destroy those cigarettes, do not carry on smoking them and "then start quitting again".

KEEP QUITTING. DO NOT GIVE UP GIVING UP.

I think I fell off the wagon about three times before that was it for good. I have never smoked since. And I can sit in a group of smokers and not crave cigarettes. As a matter of fact I find it quite unpleasant (they say ex-smokers are the worst).

                    I hope that helps.

You're right, after I quit smoking as well, I can't stand to be around smokers,
it's almost like I'm allergic to smoke now. Have you ever talked to someone up
close after they just smoked a cigarrette? YUCK, makes me sick to my stomach.

I like the part where you said that you made a DECISION, that's something
Tony Robbins would say on your quest to quit.

I feel the same. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that we can finally SMELL again. Every smoker has always smelled that disgusting, but when you smoke you totally deaden your sense of smell so you have no idea how revolting the stench is.

It's amazing how much much I can differentiate odors from each other now. When I smoked I never could.

                          Why don't you try exercising?
One day when I got my credit card bill I relized I was 10 000 in debt.
First thought that came to mind was F*** I'm gonna die -_-
Than the angryness came. I threw my toaster threw my patio doors...yes my toaster sadly...I havent made toast since.
Than I decided before causing more debt by destroying my apartment I should cool down a little.
So that night I went for a 15km run/walk. And I was 20 pounds overweight.
I didn't even relize I ran so far!
Everything happens for a reason...since that day when I was 20-30 pounds over weight I have run 3 half-marathons(still working on running a full one )

                          So what do you do

Go running buddy, seriously, or hit the gym. Get your ipod and blast that music!!
                          Go now...run!
You'll get in shape and maybe get your lungs a little stronger!

Seriously try this, Every idea I have ever had has come to me while working out.

                          So go try it

                          Zach

A lot of you went bashing me pretty early but that's okay, too, hehehe :-)

Okay, the tapering off thing. Well, those are long gone and I believe that was Saturday. The update is I've stuck with it and I promise I did not buy or bum any Sunday or today. So that's two days and I'm gonna keep going.

Quit smoking, whether your target is to keep the subscription or not.

I saw how my father died at the age of 55 years old due to smoking. The route to his death is not peaceful one, but one that is struggling before death.

My advise: Quit smoking, do it slowly.

Way to go, man! The toughest part is almost over. A few more days, and the physical effects should be gone. Now that you've quit, just don't start again.

The really good news is that if you stay off the cancer sticks, the damage starts to repair itself and the risks go down. Now there's a goal to shoot for...

Guy: Here's the good part. People buy them, light them on fire, and inhale the smoke into their lungs

If worse comes to worse, there is ALWAYS the chargeback! He should be willing to simply disable the account, stop charging, and MAYBE even refund the last month or so payment. At LEAST prorate it! You'd think Frank Kern, of all people, would be sensitive to that.

It does make sense, most often than not, people are looking for a quick fix to their problems,
when it's them that requires changing from the inside out.

If Tommy really wanted to quit, he would've done it already, without telling the
whole world about it. If he wanted to pay for the membership, he could easily
figure out a way to do so, perhaps by applying some of the info Frank reveals?

Only you're responsible for your decisions, your actions, and of course your destiny,
no one else can do it for you, you're in charge of your own reality. ( Oh boy, now I
sound like Joe Vitale, but he's so right in this regard, and until people truly get that
what you think about, comes about, they'll always be chasing the pipe dream. )

Change isn't easy, because it requires looking at yourself, and accepting responsibility
                    for your actions,
but everybody is looking for the "Magic Pill" and instant gratification,
that rarely ever comes, because they're not wiling to change, or take the action necessary.

                    Sound familiar Tommy?

Heck, I wonder if he's even reading this thread.
