Ok Where Does A Dude Like Me Start!

Warriors,

Ok as someone who is interested in learning what it takes to market my website and to become a lead generating machine, I'm a little lost right now. I dont have a huge budget right now so I have avoided the outsource forums. However I am scratching my head trying to figure out what products or what forums can give me a clue towards executing an effective SEO system. Maybe this post is out of place but it says that this thread is for trying to make money and I want to make some progress with my website. So that I can make good MONEY!!

Anyway I know that someone here has been in my position before on this forum and has completely learn the ways of the wise and now have some great success stories to tell. Again Im looking for some direction that can lead me to an SEO system that I can dedicate 15 hours a week on that can help me see some results in 3 months.

Maybe Im a dreamer and this isnt the place but at this point Ill sit back and see what the experts have to say. Thanks!

    If your looking for training in SEO I would do a little reserach here on this forum. There are many many great threads on SEO and making money using SEO.

    Also I would HIGHLY recommend becoming a War Room Member!

    That is the section of the forum that deals with SEO. There is lots of info in there about SEO and it's where all the people that are crazy about it hang out.

    Yes - post the question in the necessary forum. Not only will it save the mods some time, but also help you to find answers super fast

    Meanwhile, when it comes to SEO, first understand by researching in the War Room (you better join that first thing) what are the various factors Google considers for SEO to work, what should the optimization curve look like, On Page/Off Page SEO, etc.

    Then delve a little further into the actual methods of doing SEO. Basically, research is all that is required and the Warrior Forum here is the best source of information.

    I think it's best that you first read up on all the abundance of information posted on this forum. Go to google and search anything that you wish to know, but before you hit the search button, type site:warriorforum.com before your query.

    If you can't find something, create a thread on an appropriate forum and you'll get plenty of replies from people who know what they are talking about.

    Don't set time targets for SEO anymore. After recent updates on Google, 'quick' SEO is definitely going to get you penalized. Read up more on it on the SEO sub forum, there is plenty to learn

    I'm about a year in, and I can tell you that the best way to start is do "the challenge" (google it)
    it's a free training program that I fund very helpful...

      Thanks for all of the feedback,

      Princess Linda I will look at that website as well if its about training I need all that I can get. I equate this to a fitness plan, I can A. read fitness mags and go to the gym and try to combine all the workouts in one or B. I can get a physical trainer that can give me some direction then set me loose.

    1) Start a business doing something you love!
    2) Put together a Free Report offering value to your clients.
    3) Give it away on a landing page for the email opt-in
    4) Build a relationship by offering value, build trust, and engage.
    5) Sell a product that solves a problem and gives real value!

    You are putting this question at very tragedy time, most of the serious businessmen are suffering from the changes in Google's algorithm!

    No businessman is willing to spend on any product and services as they are testing the algorithm how it would work so that they can make plan.

    However, there are some basic things you have to learn, it is helpful, you should have good communication skills if you are going to online marketing, you should have good knowledge of technology as you need to build websites too. You must have understanding of the niches in terms of competitive and less competitive niches.

    I liked the personal trainer reference. I've had more success after starting a coaching program and doing what the coach told me to do than I have in the last year. Find somebody who is where you want to be and do everything they tell.
