What are good sites that review affiliate programs?

Hi, I'm looking for a good website or two that provides reviews of affiliate programs. I've found sites that list them, but I'm more interested in hearing user opinions. I'm specifically interested in affiliate programs that relate to the legal niche.

The problem with sites that review programs is that they are nothing more than directories masquerading as legitimate review sites.

If you think about it, the only real way to review an affiliate program is to send it sales yourself. I wonder how many people have the time and inclination to send serious traffic to at least 50 to 100 affiliate programs? It would take a lifetime to do!
