Default Safari v4 - What a browser should be?

Last night I downloaded Safari v4. Its in beta and may not be fully suitable for everyone yet, but WOW, does it have some nice features!!!

Over 150 new features and FAST!

I had been testing Google Chrome and have been pleased with the speed but a little disappointed with the "stripped down" features. Now this new Safari version seems as fast as Chrome but has the features as well.

I am still testing it but it seems like a good one.

Apple - Safari - 150 Features - Learn about the features available in the world?s fastest and most innovative web browser.

I hope this helps.

What they have is a dashboard, which either tracks your most visited sites or you can edit and add your sites in there. It is a very cool feature that will show you the screenshot of the sites along with some information.

You would really have to see it for yourself...

Your dashboard button is on the top left side close the the url bar. I run mac and not windows so I could not tell you if windows is running full version or not. Mac runs the full version.

Yes it does keep your sites there when you close the browser.. It shows them to you all on one screen and then you can open up the ones you want. This is a great deal better than the tabs because having 10 or 15 tabs open takes up memory....
