Problem with my WSO listing

Hey,

I submitted my WSO thread for approval last weekend and it was approved quickly. In the approval message they gave me clear instruction on where to go and pay so that the thread will be listed. After doing so nothing happened. My initial thoughts where that the transaction did not go through so I decided to wait a day and see on my cc transaction if there was a debit from 2CO. A day later the transaction did show. I have emailed Warrior Forum about this issue 4 times in the last 3 days but with no answer. At this point I have paid but not received any service nor any attempt in assisting to resolve the issue.

Is this a common thing? Has anyone else experience these kind of difficulties posting a WSO? Any advise/feedback is appreciated.

Where did you "e-mail" the forum at? Did you open a ticket at the helpdesk?

I replied to the approval message. The reason was that below the message was a text box allowing me to quick reply, so I assumed that this was one way to communicate with 'admin'.

To your second question, No. I have not opened a ticket at their helpdesk. I will do so immediately.

      Thanks

Right -- going through the help desk is the only way to get the help you need. Thomas is very fast and supportive at the help desk, so he'll get it sorted out. Just don't send a flood of messages like you did the first time (no need for that).

          Thanks for the speedy reply.

I just opened a helpdesk ticket. Thanks for the recommendation.
