Creating a blog or website about fiction

Hi

I would like to create a website or blog about animal fiction for children to earn adsense and write and sell my own children's book. Has anyone got any recommendations on what I can do with these interests? I am not a published writer so I am wondering how to pursue this aim of earning from writing and talking about animal fiction. I would like to be able to earn residual income with adsense while in the process of writing and selling my own children's book. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Forget Adsense. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you put Adsense on that site.

Instead, create some fiction for the site to draw some readers and use it as a platform to sell your work. I would look into Kindle Publishing in your case.

In each book, you place a link to your site. Your site links to your books.

I agree. If your writing is not so productive, I think blog is a better place for you. Many freelancers use blogs as websites. You can search and learn from them.

I think build a blog is a best choice. It is because easy of handling it. It seems that writing is your passion, then a blog is best medium in my opinion.

On the same time, maybe you can create special page on that blog you already created with sales page.

    Anyway, good luck!

I vote blog for your choice. It's better to handle and very easy to use.
About adsense, Just go on. But for the first time, don't make it as main source of making money. It's better to put you main income from selling your own book in amazon, android market, apple appstore and other,,. Even if you sell it with $1., but all people like it, boom, you become a millionaire..

Do you want to partner up with us? We are looking for people who can write stories for kids, so we can create 3d videos and cartoons for kids based on those stories.

Most people are familiar with the concept of a weblog, which tends to reveal something about a writer's daily life or hobbies, his or her interest in celebrities, politics, or other matters, or some other chronicle of real-world events. But blogs are also increasingly being used as a new format for fiction, ranging from an imagined account of the life of a favorite character from books or television (fan fiction), to a completely original storyline created within the conventional format of the blog. Writing a fictional blog is a fun and easy way to practice your creative-writing skills within a readymade forum where your friends and peers can read and comment on your work.

There are five steps as below..

    1. Find yourself a blog-hosting site.
    2. Choose a fictional world that will appeal to you and that you won't lose interest in.
    3. Choose the right character.
    4. Write out a story arc.
    5. Find your market.

Helpful advice that you've provided. So, should I create a site or blog that is about the animals or characters that I am creating the children's fiction about? Or create a general site that is about all types of information?

Hello! I suggest you try blogging. It suites what you want more. Adsense is not exactly your thing. I hope that helped you in a way or so. Best of luck!
