Switch Servers, Do I Reindex?

Hey guys we are growing and upgrading our server. The server remains within the same organization, but the IP will change. Do I need to re-index my website to the search engines, RSS feeds ect? Any idea what sort of impact this will have on our organic traffic searches and alexa ranking? What is the fastest way to get everything read again once the server is switched? Anything else I should take into consideration?
Thanks!

You can resubmit your sitemap again if you worry your site not being index.
    or
You can ping your website and which your site can be index faster. But i don't think switch server will cause your site not being index , unless your site do have big changes.

Providing you presere the existing site structure and URLs I don't believe it's a big deal, I have heard you might see a brief ranking glitch, but her seems to be no need to notify the search engines. I have had hosts chance my IP number without asking, as they rearranged servers.

I don't believe you'll have any problems. If so, they'll be extremely temporary in nature.
