How do I edit Zip files into a URL...?

I need to put a couple of ZIP files into a webpage so that they are downloadable by other people. I acquired some resale rights and
I'm not allowed to send people to the product owner's site for the
downloads. I don't really know what I'm doing!

Yes, just upload the .zip file from your computer to the "public_html" folder at your site. Then give out the URL to it for others to download directly. It'll be something like this: yourdomain.com/nameoffile.zip - when people type that in their browser, it will automatically download to their computer. You don't have to do anything but upload the .zip file to your server at your web host.

Your host probably uses cpanel and it's very easy to do. If you don't know what that is, call your host's support line and they'll walk you thru it. It's not hard, and once you do it you'll have it down pat.

Thanks, Guys, for the responses. I have the url setup, but can't figure out how to get the zip files to download to buyers (if any), when they click on the "Download Your Product" button on the 'download.html' where they're go to after they click on the 'Buy it Now' button. My knowledge is so sparse that I don't even know if the responses you were kind enough to send to me have actually provided the answer - I'm sorry about that.

What are you using for a payment processor? If you are using paypal, you can create a buy it now button which will then redirect them to the download page. As far as the "download your product" button, just link to the actual physical location of the zipped file. For example:

    http://mydomain.com/product.zip
