WP Plugin that will hide phone number til click link

Hi warriors, are there any WP plugins that will keep a telephone number (or any other field for that matter) hidden until the visitor clicks the link to reaveal it and then tracks the number of clicks? I want to use it on an offline local business site.

      Why not just have the phone number on a new page and then the visitor clicks the link to that page. Easy to track too!
