Here's some generic spintax to help vary your anchor text

More than a few people are mentioning google penalized over-optimized achor text with their penguin update last month. If you're link building you'll probably want to start using some generic anchor text so your links seem more natural. I put these two snippets together, each one will give you dozens of generic anchor text.

Snippet #1:

{read|learn|see|look at|discover|find out} { { the facts|this {|info}|more {|info } } {|here}|here} {|||now}

twenty random phrases it spat out:

learn this here now
discover here
see here now
discover this
look at this
find out here now
find out this here
look at this now
learn here
look at more info
read here
see this here
find out here
look at here
read here
see here
learn the facts here now
discover this info here
look at here now
learn more here

Snippet #2:

{click|{visit|click|check} {|this {|link|site } }|go} {|{||over|right} here} {||now}

twenty random phrases it spat out:

go right here
click over here
visit this site right here
click this site
check
go
click this
go here
visit here
check over here
click
click this link here now
check here
go now
click this over here now
click over here now
check this link right here now
click now

Just make sure where ever you want to use them supports nested-spinning (spins within spins). There are some extra pipe characters "|" in some of the spins like this- {|||now} so they don't appear as often. "Click here" is probably much more common than "click here now" so this way the "now" shows up less often.

Better make it no more than 50% as your targeted anchor text to avoid the over-optimization penalty

Agree, there is actually proof that sites who have over 50% main target anchors have been hit the hardest, it seems the optimal is between 15% and 30%.

With the other anchors make sure you mix these with LSI keywords as well as click here, more info etc etc

Just using your full website url is another good 'natural' link. You should also use associated keywords - for example, if your keyword is 'acne treatment', you could use 'get clearer skin', 'get rid of spots', etc - use your imagination.
