Default Does Anybody Know How to Easily Copy Reprint Articles

I've been struggling with this all day searching high and low on Google for a solution. I would like to reprint some articles from a couple of article directories. Of course my plan is honor the T's and C's and include all of the links and bios etc. However, with the exception of Ezinearticles, it is a time consuming process extracting complete articles in a format ready for republication. Let me explain further. Copying the article from top to bottom and pasting into a text file generally grabs a lot of neighboring, unrelated info and also doesn't bring in the html for the links. Trying it a different way to get the link html, highlighting the article and then copying the source code of the selection brings in it's own set of garbage (adjacent ads and unwanted html etc) which also needs a thorough clean up.

Does anybody know of a script or a method for doing this easily and cleanly?
