High Quality Ebook Formatting - Where to Find?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a high quality ebook formatting designer.

I am not interested in the average, low quality formatting and styles you tend to see in the market.

I need high-quality, corporate level layout, font styles and graphics integration. I expect to pay accordingly.

Any ideas? Odesk and the like just lead to a deluge of $5 per hour hacks.

    You could look into buying one or two PLR ebooks and start with that format then replace their content with your own.

      PLR ebook quality is EXACTLY the quality of formatting that I am looking to avoid. It is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from what I'm looking for.
