im stumped on creativity

i own a trades services company and i have ranked it within the top 3 on the first page, im getting visits and calls but looking to up my conversion.. so i guess im asking what do you think is the top priorities a house painter should consider when it comes to landing pages and all out design flow .. is an about us a high priority or low ... etc etc these type of priorities. i am planing on having an email capture to create a mailing list with a free giveaway of some sort but thats all i got, iv been testing so many times that im just starting fresh without my insane ideas lol !

    Had a quick look at your site. Nice design by the way ;-)

    I'd recommend getting a web form to capture email & phone number. You may throw in a free PDF in exchange. Offer some enticing title/content like '5 Most Important Factors When Deciding the Best Painter to Hire....Ignore This Will Cost You At Least $5000'. Something along that line...

    i look up your site .YES ABSOLUTLY an opt in form is somenthingh you badly need , offer some advice , tips , 5 thingh you have to know about...., how to make your ....more beatiful , BEST if you offer a discount coupon on some service , Free advice or .......any pdf ebook with nice graphich cover will do wonder ! ABOUT US IS #1 PRIORITY FOR a company like yours , use images too, google map , all the contact phone you can . Even in the contact page i will insert images , make it relevant !
    Do a mobile version of your site ! Even a great LOGO WILL HELP.
