Hello Everyone, I am trying to embed a video in my one page minisite and I tried using NVU and then I tried using Kompozer So I am embedding the Youtube code in my source code...but when I upload the page, no love...I can't figure it out because I am doing it correctly from what I have seen on the internet My new computer has Vista unfortunately...not sure if that has anything to do with it but I can't figure this out Any thoughts Thanks for your time...much appreciated -Mark |

Mark, have you tried opening the file in WordPad and adding your YouTube embed code that way? Sometimes WYISWYG editors mess up code. Do you have your url up so I could take a look? Thanks! Cary |

I had a post over on the "OLD" forum... If you have uploaded this video via YT, use a text editor to copy the YT code between two BR tags wherever you want it displayed... Be Well! ECS Dave |

Finally!! Thank you for your help...much appreciated For anyone else struggling with this, here is what I did: I have NVU and just downloaded Kompozer. This did not work using NVU for some reason...I had to copy the source code from NVU and paste in it Kompozer. So anyhow, after I had the file in Kompozer, I saved it. Opened it with wordpad as suggested and took the embedded code from Youtube and pasted it my text editor. Saved it and uploaded it I think it had to do with the fact I have Vista...when in doubt, always blame Vista |
