Just can't seem to find a theme for my new project :(

INTERNET MARKETING

Been looking for days now and I simply can't seem to find a theme for my new blog project in the personal development niche.

I have an ElegantThemes membership and I have been looking through woothemes as well.

Can anyone recommend me a good theme for this niche?

I really like pat flynn's simple theme at Passive Income: The Smart Passive Income Blog and similar designs, if that helps.

  Tried thesis but it's way more coding than I know and I don't feel like paying even more to have someone customize it.
  
  My time constraints lean me toward purchasing something that I can make a few adjustments on, upload my custom graphics and go.

Why not go custom...don't mean to post a shameless plug but for all the time (ie money) you spend looking for a cookie cutter theme and trying to get it to look the way you want you may well do better hiring a talented designer such as myself to build a theme or a custom skin for a popular framework like the example site you've posted.
