Auto Social Poster for WP

Hi

I have recently started to use ASP - I need some advice as to whether I still need to 'ping' the blog as they will be bookmarked anyway using the ASP plugin? Obviously I don't want to 'overdo' the pinging, but want to get as much exposure to the blog as possible.

Also would it be a good idea to get the max plugin that aids in only pinging new posts and not edits to the post.

    I tried ASP before, but here are some of my problems may be other warriors can help to answer:

    1. If I keep promoting my sites with the same ASP account, they will be banned and unable to use for future, and I need to create many accounts to counter the problems. However, unless there is some feature to randomize the bookmark using RSS feeds as in Bookmarking Demon, my accounts will be remove, very fast.

    2. The version I used freeze my server, especially when my account being removed... I heard that they fix this problem.

    3. Create accounts is pain in the ass, without automation, it just takes too much time, even with roboform.

    I saw some recommendation for ASP use in auto blogging, I wonder how they use it, should we create many accounts per bookmarking sites? or just add a lot of custom bookmarking sites, say about 200 sites and set random post of 20 to 30 every time?

    There must be a way to make this work, anyone care to share?

      Yes to your answer. You still need to ping your posts. ASP will definitely help in drawing traffic to your sites and yes you need multiple accounts. I would recommend keeping your social posts to 4 or under per asp blast if you have 100+ accounts across the available social networks. This helps to keep you under the radar.

      Using ASP to auto blog probably means just broadcasting your post without you having too to so manually.

      Would I recommend ASP. Yes. It does help, but the social networks are getting harder to auto submit too so I don't know how long it can go on.

      I would also recommend submitting to other social networks like squidoo and digg manually. Well worth your time. And if you have a good following with networks like twitter, it really helps too.

    Social Bookmarking links are pretty much low-value, low-pr links. That being said, there is benefit in having them as long as you have a lot of them.

    You never want to have them be the be-all, end-all of your link-building plan.

    Even with the main bookmarking sites changing their system up on a consistent basis the plugin supports scuttle and scuttle plus sites.

    There are plenty of ways to find like, 200 scuttle sites. Take a full day and make three accounts at each of these 200 sites using a different IP to create each time. You now have 600 Accounts. I use bookmarking Demon to do this as it makes account creation at Scuttles and Pliggs faster.

    Load them up into ASP and tell it to randomly select only 40 or 50 of the sites each time you make a post.

    Copy your setting file to all your blogs on which you use ASP and you'll have them all using the same list. If you have a bunch of sites that means you'll have bookmarks randomly coming from your various sites.

    If you set it up on Bookmarking Demon, make sure you use it to bookmark things as well and use the RSS feed feature. That way you're bookmarking other stuff to these same sites as well in order to mix it up and appear more natural.
