Payza Customer service experiences.

AlertPay is moving to Payza.com. I really like their design, hope they gain some new customers by providing new and improved features.
A week ago, I applied for a business account, they took £31 for validation, i got the money today deposited to my bank account, I got £28 pounds, I really don't understand why they took charge for validation.
My account is temporary hold, I submitted 2 sites for accepting payment method. But still now it's showing currently on review.
Just dial their customer service number, and it's more than 1 hour i am waiting to get any reply from customer service. Really a bad day. They should improve their customer experiences, otherwise they can't achieve more customers.

I am still waiting for review and reply. Payza seem even slower than AP, I think i might dump them!

Hmmm interesting, I was considering using them for a multi tier affiliate program I am going to launch.

So naturally I had a few questions and dropped them a mail within their ticket system.

No response, nada, nothing for five days... still waiting

If they are "that good" in presale question, how bad would be you are a customer? :-)

So I am trying to find other alternatives... so suggestions are welcome.

It has to be worldwide, accepting credit card payments and allow a multi level affiliate program.
