Getting a potential $1000/mth offline deal... need help

Offline profits are really fun.

I just got an email from a client who is from China. They have a sport website which is all in Chinese.

They want to promote this website for South East Asia and they have $1000/mth budget for me to promtoe. The problem is this: They wanted the promoted website to be in English.

Now, promoting the website is not an issue. The issue is how do I convert the website into English?

The website is a portal and it's seems to be that it's feeding news.

Do you know how I can help out? Or at least what are the questions to ask to find out more about having an English feed?

    Joseph, are you looking for something automated to translate the Chinese feeds to English? Is the portal content all populated from RSS feeds?

    You can automatically translate the RSS feeds to english using Yahoo! Pipes but beware that the translation abilities do not always produce the best results but that goes with anything you find which automates translation.

    I've asked this question to my client, I'm waiting for the answer.

    My guess is that it's a feed because it's a sports website, in Chinese and I see various news like English Premier League Football news, Golf news, NBA news, etc.

    If it's a feed, that should be easy right?

    Translating the feed is easy enough, just run it through Yahoo! Pipes with a translate module and you'll get a new translated feed as your result. But is your goal then to create an english version of his website, utilizing the transcribed feeds?

      Much offers is through online deals but there's a nice percent for offline offers.Not knowing exactly how to do this but i've seen most sites are having their option for the language and basically english is always there.
