Hi Warriors

Its great to be back after my body decided to give me a quick warning shot.

Been lurking in the forum the last 48 hours and looking at people's questions. The majority of questions seem to lack true focus.

I would like to offer a very short opinion on how to absolutely kill it online (there are subtle variations of the below model):

1. Traffic
2. Conversions
3. Product
4. Getting the above up an running (aka. outsourcing the technical boring bits)

Focus the majority of your time on the above and you will make it. Do not get sidelined by needless shiny objects, emails to read, blog posts from your best guru etc (add any more spin your wheels, time wasting activities).

Every successful online marketer's only focus is on those four points above (yes there will be different techniques for traffic, conversions, product etc but all IMers will seek to optimise these four points).

    True at the end of the day the "Earning Process" comes down to,
    Two elements:

    1-Traffic

    2- Conversions.

    I focus all my energy on #2.

    Loads of traffic with low conversions doesn't do any good.
    Loads of conversions from low volume traffic--->>$$ in the bank!
