How to open a US bank account as a non-resident? (Amazon Seller Problem)

Hello Warriors,

I live in Morocco, and i do have access to few items that are new and cheaper than what Amazon has in it store, even i can provide a free shipping to U.S. clients, the problem is I can't get paid from Amazon Seller only if i have a Bank account in the following countries (U.S., U.K. or any country in the eurozone).

What should i do to get paid by Amazon seller program in Morocco ?
I do even accept Paypal.

P.S. I do have an order, and it's still unshipped because i doubt that i will not get my money back.

I got my payoneer account but it didn't work for me, Amazon have three requirements if you are going to use a US bank account and that is
1.bank account details
2.tax details
3. a valid US address

Not sure if these are new requirements as I know people from outside the US who have been able to use Payoneer in conjunction with their Amazon account but I'm still having to get a check.

You could set up a US offshore business with a bank account. That gives you a legitimate business registration in the US, and a legitimate US bank account. There is an offshore company which offers both in one package, for about $1000 (PM me if you want the details, I've got the file somewhere!).

Another option might be to find a trustworthy business partner in the US to work with.

I would suggest setting up an LLC in Wyoming, because they are cheap, getting a registered agent in Wyoming, and then qualifying to do business in your home country with that US company, using the registered agent in the US as your US address, setting up a US bank account for the LLC, and of course, obtaining an EIN online from the Internal Revenue Service for the LLC, which you will need to open the US Bank Account.

Basically, Amazon ISN'T doing business with non-US entities because THE TAX MAN HERE, would scrutinize them too closely if they did, and if you want to do business with Amazon, you better do business while paying taxes to the US or the EU.

You cannot withdraw from the paypal directly to the Payoneer Card. However if you have a Payoneer Card.

There is a way to get an account open in the US without having to fly there. I recommend incorporating a business in the US, I would go with New Mexico because there are NO annual fees, like most states. Get a US address then EIN. There are a few US banks that open account for non US people, where they offer card and cheque book. It can be done because I have opened an account and have opened account for others. Try it yourself.
