Hello,

I've been following the forums for the last couple of weeks while I've been researching and looking into IM. I've picked a few niches and I am currently in the process of setting up my first site. I've made a point of staying away from the WSO's that promise or guarantee earnings while I try to figure all this stuff out for myself, I have bought 2-3 guides though.

I did wonder about the war room and how useful that will be to me at this stage I guess its worth joining though eh, what's actually in there?

Thanks!

Def worth the money. I didnt at first then decided what the heck. Glad I did. Tons of great information in there and for the small one time price.

tl;dr = As an IM newbie, I give it a thumbs up and recommend a purchase.

      ----- long version -----

I joined very recently (less than a week I think).

I would say this so far:

It seems that after WSO's dry up (no more sales?) they go over to the war room. So, one benefit is you pick up WSO's for free that are no longer selling (of course, one has to ask themselves why they aren't selling). I may be misinterpreting, but again, this is my impression so far.

While I've not seen anything particularly earth shattering yet, there are enough ideas to get your creativity kick-started and certainly help train your brain to start thinking outside-the-box.

I've downloaded several of the free offers, and while opt-ins are usually not required, I've found a couple that did require an opt-in.

Additionally, many (not all) have a nice site with upsells to other products. And of course, the products themselves frequently have links to more products.

I have found several direct-link PDFs or posts and those are the ones I appreciate the most. They look like people who are genuinely interested in giving back to the community.

There are both online/offline and hybrid ideas shared.

I was disappointed to find several threads that had inactive links with several posts of people asking for the links with no response. Those posts occurred over several months, so I'm assuming that clean-up of threads isn't necessarily regular (or I'm just a download machine and hit every thread faster than the cleanup crews cleans up).

I did find some freebies that had some great videos and provided some eyebrow raising moments.

Overall, I feel like I received pretty good value. It's a bit of a mess in there. As I said, a lot of these are WSO's that are no longer being sold, so you still have the sales pages and hype and you have to weed through a bit of the mess, but there are a lot of interesting spins and ideas. Enough that you could take those ideas and apply them to variety of other methods and/or combine methods.

I've only scratched the surface, I'm sure.

From a newbie perspective (while I'm not new to making money online, I'm new to making money online with IM; I suppose what I basically was doing trial and error IM, but w/e, you get the point, I hope), I'd give it a thumbs up.

I agree that you should plan on joining the war room.
As Michael said, there's tons of useful stuff there.

Just one warning - don't let all the 'shiny new opportunites and information' distract you from whatever you have already planned to get started building traffic and earning $

Whatever you decide to do the key to winning is focus. Don't start one thing then spread your wings out to another after a few days - keep at it and after a few months if it's really not working then move onto another thing. This has worked for me in the past and learning to focus is more priceless than anything anyone could ever teach you.

Thanks guys, yeah i've joined up and I'll try to not get to distracted. Right now all I want to do is learn how to build traffic and go from there.

    Thanks again.
