One Thousand Dollar Budget

Look, i've found a online start up and i want to promote my product using YouTube, with promoted videos. My initial marketing budget is 1 thousand dollars, but this vallue can be incresed 5 hundred dollars more.
Do you guys think that this is a good initial budget to start promoting videos on YouTube ($1.500,00 U.S Dollars)? I know that they charge per view... so how many views can i get with this number?
