Domain valuation question and advice.

Warriors,

I am calling on you for your expert advice. I recently registered a domain, EstiBot and WebDetail free appraisals place it in the $2000 range. Medium competition, global monthly searches ~50,000, average CPC of $6.95.

Two questions:
1) What do you peg its worth at domain alone?
2) What would your ultimate strategy be to monetize this.

    If I would be you I would recommend to Run an SEO service company on this domain and offer packages and then by doing seo of my site I will just sit back and take orders from clients....

    Well, I would recommend to run...

    The value is not $2,000 but probably minus $2,000. As the domain contains a trademarked term.

    Best case scenario: nobody contacts you right away. Meaning they will contact you in a few months.

    Worst case scenario: One of Google's lawyers contacts you with a "nice" letter. The bill neatly attached to it... "Please surrender the name and pay the $2,000 bill or we will sue you".

    So, I am no lawyer but I am pretty certain that I do not want to mess with Google's lawyers as the client has deeeeeeeeep pockets.
