Fiverr Update Question

I just wanted to run something by you guys before I submit a ticket to them. Just to make sure it's not me being an idiot this time.

On my revenue page I show $0 available, $224 awaiting clearance and $84 in upcoming payments.

When I look at my last 100 transactions I show a bunch of orders with the status "CLEARED". Shouldn't those funds be 'available' to withdraw?

I've been having lots of little problems with Fiverr since last week's maintenance.

    Hi,

    I would go ahead and submit a ticket.

    I have been having problems trying to buy some of the gigs. I bought one gig, but the seller wasn't responding. I've worked with her before and she is usually very responsive.

    It turned out she never got my buy notice and she had to submit a ticket in order to finally receive my notice and instructions.

    So yes, let them know. Who knows what other problems are happening under the covers.

    Yeah they had some issues with last weeks update when payment withdrawals were unavailable. Its a total mess... I did however check my account and my still to be cleared earnings and it is correct in the end...

    Yes, the latest Fiverr update crashed everything. Especially withdrawals for payments were unavailable. I hope that all can be fixed soon.

      I was able to withdraw the orders with status "Cleared".....

      the rest orders with status "clearing" shows the days that will be able for withdrawal

      I got $3.92 for every order

    Having the same issue. Each time a payment is cleared it either subtracts from awaiting clearance or upcoming payments. It all started on the 16th. I been getting mixed messages with their support. Today they said everything was in order, well I flamed the heck out of them, Told them to look at the screen shots and do some simple math. Told me again they will have a technician look into it. A canned message that they sent me on the 16th. I'm seriously thinking of pulling my gigs. I'm not doing this stuff for free or to get ripped off.

    Thank God I don't fulling depend on using fiverr to sell service, yesterday I got one sale from fiverr but it was free money without doing any work, he said he paid me to ask question about web hosting.. I like this kind of customer who pays for asking advice..

    I started selling gigs on Fiverr just for fun about 2 weeks ago. I quickly made around $50 bucks but the only problem, like everyone else, is that none of my funds are clearing.

    Like I said, I just did this for fun, and I have even less interest now in doing any additional gigs now that their system is all messed up.

    It's funny that not too long ago they were boasting about the huge amounts of capital investments that they just received.

    This is taking too long. With all that money, they can't even release what they owe people? Hmm.

      The worst thing any jobber or similar website can do is mess with the money.

      I was doing work for a small private site and they did an update that totally screwed up the payments. The company lost about 50% of their contractors in about 2 weeks.

      Once people lose their trust about getting their money it's all over. I hope they get it fixed ASAP.

    Fiverr's really got themselves into a pickle after the last update. There seems to be a ton of people venting their problems lately.

    Hopefully they work it all out soon enough.

    I've gotten more orders from Fiverr ever since I last posted here. And the thing is that not only do I have to spend time fulfilling each order but I also have to spend money.

    After writing to Fiverr and asking when the funds might clear, a polite lady named Jenny told me that it shouldn't take more than 12 hours. That was almost 24 hours ago.

    And I remember that I was told the same thing when the issue first came up, that it wouldn't take "more than a few hours."

    I'm just glad it's not a whole lot of money but I am sure others are being affected by this more than I am.

    Right before this happened, they bragged about the millions they got recently from investors... now it's time to pay those you owe. ; )

      Yeah, I don't doubt it will be fixed soon.

      But what's the moral of the story?

      Don't ever brag about your fancy new ride or when it goes caplunk on the road it doesn't matter how fancy it is... you're still pushing.

    Same problem here. I'm getting ready to say goodbye to their super slow-assed site anyhow. We have to wait forever for the funds to clear and even then they don't show up. Very unprofessional. My objective all along was to round up some clients from Fiverr and get them to do biz off of Fiverr and I'm pretty much there.

    So, probably I'll just suspend all my gigs, wait for(ever) for my funds to show up as available and then withdraw them and be done with Fiverr. They can go f themselves.

    Seems like Fiverr is having some big problems. I wondering the same thing myself for a few days. Glad this was cleared up, I just submitted a ticket.

    I have $8 awaiting clearance, and can never seem to get the money. The process always seems to stall somewhere. It feels like a scam. It is kind of a joke, to do something for so little money, and then, not even get the money.
