I tried searching the forum for this answer but did not find it.

Where can I get legal documents (i.e. Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Disclaimer and such)?

Let me give my humble piece of advice. Have you tried searching for websites on your same niche? For sure, they do have their Privacy Policy, Terms of Use/Services, and Disclaimer on their website. Try to gather as much as you can. Then, see if any of their terms applies to you. There are writing services out there who can help you out in compiling these stuff for you.

I think there's somebody selling legal stuff here in WF wso section, I just forgot the name. You can also use LegalPages it's a WP plugin preloaded with all important website legal stuff.

If you're using wordpress, there are plugins that will generate those for you.
WordPress › Google Privacy Policy « WordPress Plugins

Good enough if you're mainly concerned with keeping Google happy and so forth. If you have other legal concerns, best to hire a professional.

You can also us WP-Insert (free plugin via WordPress) and let it create them for you. I tend to write my own T&C pages as well as my own affiliate disclosures as I like to have them in my own style.

If you copy someone else's legal pages and the use them on all of your sites, it's quite easy to track down all of your niches. Customization is always better.

You may like to check out FindLegalForms com. They claim to provide attorney prepared forms. Very affordable. Currently they serve four countries including US.

Want to know which one is used by the top marketers?... WebsiteLawForms com. They've got to be the most expensive.

I am surprised to find many websites which I visit neglect this legal forms part. IMO this is critical and should be taken very seriously.
