I've just got going on Twitter (literally).

Is it possible to have more than one Twitter account without getting your account deleted. I'm not talking lots of different accounts.

Its just that I set one up today then realised it would be great tool for me to use it outside of my IM work and keeping the two seperate would be ideal for me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Andrew

Sure, if you're not spamming, you shouldn't get deleted. Many people will have one main account with hundreds or thousands of followers, and then a second account with only the followers of his/her choice. This way you can more easily follow along with your favorites and interact within your 'inner circle' more easily.

Yes, you can do that. Lots of people do it for exactly those reasons or if they operate in many niches.

Just do not try to set up a bunch of different accounts in quick succession from the same computer. I recently did that for a class and it got everyone's new Twitter accounts disabled. I had to explain the situation to Twitter support to get them turned back on.

Space your account creation out a little bit and you should be fine.
