I have just started writing articles. I have been concentrating on content and not paying much attention to keywords. When you submit an article to ezine articles, they ask for the keywords. I have a number of questions. -How many different keywords should you target in an article? -does the number of times its used(i guess thats called density) affect the search engine rank? -Does the search engine just use the keywords you see when you click on the view source or does it look at the article? Thanks |

Hi, I would aim to have two keywords or phrases in a 500 word article. Have the KW in your title and Bio Box and in the first and last paragraphs and probably every alternate one. Do not try and cram loads of KW's into every paragraph. Make it look as natural as possible and conversational in nature. I hope this helps you a bit. At the end of the day I am sure someone else will have their way too. To your success Ian Middleton |

Hi nu2wf There is quite a lot of detail to getting your articles working really well. Someone like Allen Graves of website articles will give you a complete lowdown on it. He knows his stuff and replies to emails quickly. While you are learning all the detail keep on writing. You will find out which of your articles are working well and develop your own successful article writing method. I have my own MegaArticle method which I am currently updating at present and it brings me very good results. (it is not currently available for purchase) to your success Ken |
