Business partners?

So i've been thinking for about a day now on joining forces, i googled for websites but it seems shady and pretty much unclear, some one mentioned on my previous post on finding a partner but where do i go to do so? where does the search even begin?



Jeez... anyway i'll go again...

are there any websites or forums i can search for potential business partners?
maybe i am jumping over my head here, maybe it's to soon to create
a partnership some how i'd still would like to see what is out there, where i can develop and grow.
