Need advice on how effective launch and marketing

Fellow warriors,

As a full time real estate agent and part time internet marketer, I've developed a real estate directory for the niche of log homes at my log home search dot com. The site is nearing completion and I'd really appreciate constructive criticism as well as some ways to market to prospective sellers and buyers.

As of now, we're hitting craigslist hard, started a long term SEO campaign and are building lists of log home builders we can cross network with. Haven't done anything on the social media front yet.

I'd love to hear some creative ways I may be able to launch this thing off the ground. I appreciate your input in advance.

    Hey Thomas,

    some criticism...
    - You need to change out your wordpress theme to a more appealing real estate one.
    - Remove the hostgator affiliate banner
    - Be careful how you plan your "Long Term SEO" campaign most people don't know how to do this correctly right now especially after the Recent april 24 2012 Penguin update.
    - Try "LinkedIn" and build interest from there
    - Try real estate forums
    - Add more functionality on your site. I can't even search for a home (maybe your not done yet)
