What are the best sites based in the UK if you offer professional freelance work?
If you have a skill whether its design, writing etc..
Whats a good site to put your services on offer to the public?

    There's lots of different sites that are suitable, yooker, fiverr, odesk, elance, freelance, etc etc.

    Whichever one you go for it will be a global marketplace and you will be competing against people who have a much lower cost of living than you.

    However, once you've established yourself on the site you can usually increase your rates and the work you do with your clients so it is more profitable.

    If you are doing freelancing online you can do it anywhere so if you do it in English you can offer it in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other parts of the world. I would suggest Google: Freelance, Feelancer, Freelancing, etc. or just do a keyword scrape using the words and then Google each individually. I did it for a test and got hundreds of results. However I have no idea what you are looking for so do it yourself and you will find what you are looking for.
