Right... This Cookie Law... What you doing about it?
I have a few questions, and I'm sure this is going to throw more confusion in the air but it needs to be asked. I've actually sent the ICO an email with these questions (to no response of course) so will ring them in due course.
However for now, here goes:
1. Do I need visitors to opt in if I am using Google Analytics? Some articles I read from respectable websites say yes, others say no. Even a statement from the ICO says sites that use Analytics are not their 'priority' whatever that means.
2. Will a cookie policy that is noticeable by the visitor be ok?
3. What action are you taking on your sites?
