PLR?

When you buy a PLR article (or a pack of them) you get specific rights to them. Each seller can sell them with either full rights, meaning you can do absolutely anything with them including reselling them as is or partial rights. Most of the time you'll get partial rights with them. You'll see something like this:

Non-Transferrable PLR Rights:
[YES] Can put your name on as the author.
[YES] Can edit the contents.
[YES] Can sell for personal use only.
[YES] Can be bundled into a paid package.
[YES] Can be added to a paid membership site (as long as it’s not a PLR site)
[YES] Can be published on CD, DVD or physical book.
[YES] Can be offered as a bonus.
[NO] Can add to a free membership site in any format.
[NO] Can be sold in dimesales or auctions.
[NO] Can pass along Private Label Rights in ANY format.


So when you buy you can do anything that has a Yes next to it.

You can get them from any number of PLR sellers here on Warrior Forum or by using Google.

My understanding is that private-label rights are only valid if you get the book from the author as how would you tell if someone had just made it PLR afterwards without authority. If you do get a PLR book then normally people spin and edit the copy so that it becomes their own. I'm not advocating this. I'm just commenting on what I've heard. The best bet maybe to buy ghost written articles and books that you have commissioned from a writer. Then you need to check that the article or book you have from the writer is not copied from elsewhere....

It's really simple: the rights list (as seatbelt illustrated) tells you what you can and can't do.

As far as where you can find it, google it or look in the WSO forum. Your mileage will very as to quality.

Whether you rewrite it depends on numerous factors. The biggie is the quality of the original writing. You want to give your customers the right impression. Offer them crap and they'll think the same of you. Second is the style of writing. Put the plr in your voice. Customers notice this.

PLR basically allows you to sell ebooks as if it were your own book.You can do what you want with.

Check the licence description in the PLR, it would say what you can and can not do.
Also, to search for PLR, you can google for "niche" PLR.

But they are a lot of PLRs that has no quality. When you find the PLR that you might be interested, you can again google search for its review to find if its good. Otherwise, check out n the forum, find those with some good feedback.

You need to check the PLR license and terms before using it. Basically you'll still to rewrite the PLR book to make another unique ebook.

Almost all PLR sellers allow you to giveaway and even resell the ebook, as long as you aren't reselling it as PLR, but each seller does have the right to specify their own terms.

This means that in most cases you should be fine using a PLR ebook to build your list. It is in your best interest to modify things and change them around in order to make it unique, but whether or not you do that is up to you.

If you do a forum search here you will find many PLR writers who come highly recommended and who have ebooks as part of their inventory.

However, people can also purchase private label content that is limited in distribution, minimizing the number of competing marketers using the same content.

Then you have unrestricted PLR, which means you can do whatever you want with it.
