Spotting Scammers on Flippa

Hello Guys, i have decided to buy some sites at flippa. Over the past few days i have been trying to spot some scammers and i have notice that a lot of them (presumptive scammers) have a "possible links to: some account" when i check that other account lots of times its pretty obvious its the same guy, but other times i see arguably honest guys with links too.
quetion: Do you think flippa uses IP addresses to link these accounts?

I think they obviously link them if they try to pay with the same method.

I read once from Flippa that that's how they link the accounts.

So, if you and someone else (or you and yourself, ) visit from
the same IP address, they link the accounts.

I think they are doing it with IP address. If same IP detected that means same person.

Always remember how Flippa makes money, their number one priority is to sell websites regardless of weather the sellers are honest or not.

    Integrity comes second.

The last time I listed one of my sites there Flippa verified my websites revenue and "accidentally" inflated it. They said it was a mistake but I have my suspicions. If you read their terms and conditions they state that they take no responsibility for a websites revenue that they verify.

The best advice I can give you from experience is to check for the last login info on the seller's profile page. If you see that the seller has been selling a lot recently and shows last login a few months back, then start getting suspicious about their intentions. They are obviously hiding their IP address for whatever purpose. Once again, from experience I recommend you do this. Good luck!

this - more and more folks are spamming domains to the top and then selling it off, only to find the domain sadboxed/fd a few days later

Flippa don't link the accounts if the people are using the same ip address,
They will link two accounts if both the people are using the same credit card information or same paypal account to accept or pay the flippa fees.
Here was the flippa response to me
