    1. Find a hungry crowd
    2. Find out what they want (and need)
    3. Give to them in spades (for free at first)
    4. Build a help and value-based relationship with them by getting them on your list
    5. Sell them more of what they want and need
    6. Repeat steps 1 - 5

      I googled your name earlier today after some raved in some thread about how you rarely post and are a big time marketer, ended up watching your vid on the old water pump, found it intriguing so that you for that sir.

      In terms of your response, I see you made most your money off the "the list", makes sense, most making big money go that route. I'm sure are looking forward to your new WSO pretty soon

      95% of my income is centered around a certain set of skills I possess, and it all began right here in the Forum. I began offering a service for hire here in the Warriors-For-Hire section which was very well received. Through that I built a list and gradually increased my prices. Next I created a guide detailing how I do what I do which increased my monthly income by nearly half. From there I've had several related offerings (including a related membership site), but all have been related to this same particular skill set.

      What's the point of me sharing this? Well the important lessons for me have been plentiful: (1) the importance of finding a niche and obtaining market leadership, (2) how essential it is to build relationships and add value in whatever you do, and (3) many people would be far more successful I think if they started by offering a service to generate cash flow while building their automated income.

      Obviously this is not very specific, but for me personally, these big ideas are what made all the difference for me.
