how much should i ask for this.

  • PR3 Domain.
  • "leadsforce" and "leads force" are two different keywords in Google.
  • Leadsforce = 51,200 results = ranking on 2nd page.
Leads Force = 231,000,000 results = Ranking #3 On First Page.

Does this site presently have any revenue? Or is it just selling for the ranking?

Most of the buyers on Flippa ask for revenue proof. So first, your website should be earning in order to sell. Second, you can sell it at a price slightly higher than how much it earns per month or how much it has earned so far.

The site does not have to be earning any revenue OR bringing in any traffic in order to sell. Some people just want well established starter sites with an aged domain.

Most newbies want "done for you" type sites and will buy most anything they think is "pretty" or "cool looking".

Others don't care if the content or theme are unique at all as long as they look good. These buyers don't care about SEO traffic, they just need a good looking site with content that they can use to test offers with. To drop $50-$150.00 or so on a great looking site to use for non-SEO related traffic is common.

My best advice would be to just put it on there, write a very good HONEST description, put in your traffic stats, etc. Write your description with color and sub-heads like you would a salesletter, but avoid hype. Just the facts.

Write an eye catching headline! Tell them what your niche is, how much traffic you're getting and put in a call to action!

Use a standard listing, pay the extra $5.00 to have your headline in bold, only run it for 3-4 days and see what happens. Start your bid price low (around $50.00 or so) and set your Reserve price.

I'd wait to start in until Monday though because this is a holiday weekend in the USA.

Search results mean nothing. How many exact searches per month for those keywords? Without revenue or traffic, you're not likely to get much for it.
