Best CD Burning / Packaging / Dropshipper?

Does anyone have any experience with any companies that will burn, package and ship CD packages? I need a hi quality service in the near future..

  I've been using Kunaki for years.
  You can send 1 at a time drop ship.
  But I find it cheaper to bet a bunch sent to you then
  send out in the cd mailers.
  Plus with them it's weird the less you order in bundles of 50 the cheaper.

  I just checked out Kunaki, looks like they only do single CD's and cases. I need a multi CD set, like 6 CD's in a nice case for a higher end audio book...

I did some research on all of these companies last year and the best one I came up with was Vervante.com.

I use CD Fulfillment also. This is for a 3CD set shipped in a DVD case. Using them for years, and they're great.

  I tried those guys but just wasn't impressed with the quality. Maybe they have fixed things up now but the colors were just all wrong (they blamed it on old cartridges, not problem though) and the inserts in the DVD sleeve had perforated marks done one edge of them that just made the thing look cheap.
  
  Do you inserts have the same marks? Maybe they got rid of those old tacky looking inserts...
