Default Where is my bank's IBAN and BIC Number?

Hi Folks,
Trying to update enter bank details for payment on Amazon, they want the IBAN (between 15 & 31 characters) and BIC Code (8, 11, or 12 charcters).

Bit confused as to how these numnbers relate to UK bank accounts?

Cheers,
Gordon

Geez... Dont you reckon that's a question you'd have to ask directly to your bank, and not in a public internet forum?

You should be able to find both the IBAN and BIC numbers
on any printed monthly account statements from your bank.

Hi Gordon

You need to ring your bank or else check a paper/online statement and they will give you these details - unlike a sort code, all accounts have a specific iban number that usually includes your account number and an identifier code for your bank and branch. Everyone has a different one to ensure that payments reach the specific account. The BIC code is also known as the swift code.

oops sorry didnt see shauns reply.
