Whats the best way to get article submission backlinks?

+ Where can I get them, free with high quality?

And what are your thoughts on this sort of backlinks? Are they more valuable then "normal" backlinks?

    It depends on the quality of the directories that your articles are submitted to.

    Another thing you can do is get some software backlinks (like se nuke or something) and set up those backlinke to your article submission backlinks so then you have links to your article submission backlinks which are pointing towards your site. This makes your backlinks more powerful. You can go to fiverr and find a good service provider there.

    Article marketing is not as powerful as it use to be since the 2011 Panda update. Google devalued them, you are going to need lots and lots of article directory submission to get any significant result.
