Google Allows Another Company To Fool You With Youtube Logo - Is this a good idea?
I was reading a few Yahoo articles when I came across a video that had a Planters ad that grabbed my attention. It wasn't the ad but the way Planters used the Youtube logo to bring up a banner.

I'm not talking about the technical way to set this up and do not want to discuss that.
I would like to talk about the implications that Google would allow a deal to use their logo to basically fake viewers out. (I'm assuming that a huge company like Planters would not use that logo without permission)
If Google is willing to do this with Planters, would they start doing this with other companies and wouldn't you think that it is a bad way to allow a logo to be used?
They would be training people to NOT click on the logo that would take them to the Youtube site.
