Focus Is The Key of Making Money Online

If there are people asking me the most important key to success, I will surely answer : Focus. As my experience, I have already changed my ways to make money online many times, from Google Adsense, Paid To Review, Flipping, Fiverr to Pay Per Install. I also have tried some tricks like : link building, video SEO (YouTube), Google Trend and more tricks that mostly learnt from WSO. But, let me tell you, I fail in almost all of them. Why? Because I never Focus.

Many people say making money online is a hoax and people will never make money from it. Why? Because we tend to try anything and then never focus. Let me tell you how it works
Day 1, I purchase WSO about traffic and then save it in desktop to be read and practiced
Day 2 Can't resist to hunt more WSOs and finally find that there is another awesome WSO
Day 3 Giving Up for temptations (it kills me ) and I will purchase again. Now, I have completely forget the first wso.
In this case, I want to emphasize the point that : the key to be failed is not being focused. Everyone loves shortcut and by seeing the attractive sales letter, they will be glad to spend more money for something they never practiced.

So, people REALLY can make money from internet but, the key is : Find something that we really good at and focus on it. After we get constant money, change to another plan. That's the IDEAL PLAN. I am now still struggling with all WSO temptations but I believe, I can control it as time goes by

Yep! I can relate to those traits too (at least been guilty of it in the past). Focus is key I would agree as well as originality and engagement & developing trust/relationships with your customers. Focus however is the foundation otherwise nothing will come about about after it.

I have to say though I just love those gadgets & actually would like to collect enough of these IM tools/toys to open up a whole museum just for my own leisure. I will stay focussed though & not fall into temptation (I won't... I mean it... lol).

Yeah, focus, choosing one mentor, wso, product instead of getting diluted and not getting anything done. Goals (my why) and follow through. Although the Fire and Aim approach has some merit, does it not?

There is no too ways to it. Focus is the sure path to achieve any set target. But steadfastness is basic ingridient to keep you going as results as not as quickly as promised by each and every stuff out there that gets to you both offline and online

After struggling with wso addiction myself a while back, I found myself stepping back, looking at what I'd been actually DOING for that period and asking myself "how's that working out for ya, Karl?"
All the gurus will tell you to create a plan and stick to it. Our focus drifts when we don't have a plan to work from. I like to think of planning as laying out the steps and tasks that I can FOCUS on each day to reach my goal.
If it works for the gurus, it will work for you.

Post of the day as far as I'm concerned.
Focus and appropriate action is key.
I've written about it extensively on my explaining IM blog, down below.

Absolutely spot on.... focus is pretty useless if you don't take action.

So many people know what they should do but never take the the action needed to succeed.

You're certainly not alone Ivanadee, I'm like that too. Sometimes, I just have no will to focus or take action, and I'll just watch. I would hate myself for doing it, but I still won't stop it. It sucks.

Is it a lack of focus or simply focusing on the wrong things?

For example.... Constantly Looking for an opportunity to join versus...
Creating your own and promoting it.

The first is additive and fun but only drains your bank account

The second is a lot of work but it creates an income stream.

If only I could stop pushing other peoples money buttons and
remain focused on pushing my own.

My main money button is not online.... it's the button on my digital
camera because it allows me to create something out of nothing that
I'm then able to sell for hundreds of dollars many times each day.

So don't just look online when they are many real opportunities offline as well.

Find one that works for you then focus on doing it over and over again.

But therein lays the problem... You can soon become bored doing the same thing over and over, day after day. I'll go sell $25,000 worth of portraits in a single weekend and then go take a mini retirement for the next month or two when I really should remain focused on repeating what works.

      Cheers,
      Steve

Focusing on 1 thing only I would say.

Searching the nice shiny thing every day will bring nothing and this is the problem for a lot of people here. Always searching for the ''1 hit button to 1000000$''- unfortunately that doesn't exist :-(

Definitely. I used to be running around in circles for 2 years.
It was only when I learned to focus did I managed to progress and see some results.
On top of focus, I would like to add 2 more things.
    Consistency & persistency.
Combine the 3 together and you are invincible.

    I totally agree.

More importantly, you have to focus on the RIGHT business model that suits you.

If you focus on the wrong approach, you are not going to get there no matter how hard you try.

    Thanks for sharing the post.
