I should know this I know but... ![]() I'd like to add a sig when i sign off every email I send in Outlook. I"ve looked around in the tools...but no luck. Any ideas anyone? Thank you all, Jenn x |

In Outlook 2003, from memory: Tools > Options menu Mail Format tab Signatures button New button Create + save Back to Mail Format tab Select email account from drop down list Select signature to display from second and third drop down lists If that works, my memory and IT support knowledge is still in there somewhere! |
