Autoresponder

I need to start list building campaign for my cousin who is a self delelopment trainer and from past he has a big following who he would like to be able to send suport materials.

Awber etc which are monthly tools will be very expensive as there will be more than 1000 subscribers in just a few months. I tried autoresponder plus now known as arpReach, but it is quite technical and I am not that good.

However, it seems that a one time payment product is the best solution money wise.

Any suggestion for an auto repsonder or how I can get technical help for arpReach??

    Doesn't arpReach provide an installation service?

    Anyway the owner is a Warrior member so maybe you'll

      yeah, they do have an installation service. The first installation is free and then they charge.

      After the first installation things becomes expensive but more than that I think I bought the product just when they were launching arpReach and their mannual etc was not in place. I waited for close to 30 days for their mannual but nothing.

      They installed the autoresponder on my website but I just couldnt understand how to set up email and build a form in the absence of any support material. I had to ask for a refund.

      I have come to realise that I need some techi help to get going with a one time payment autoresponder or I get aweber etc which are monthly fee and again expensive.

    Don`t use mailchimp, I got kick out because of the industries I am in (Forex) before my first mailing was out. They dont seam to like many thing. I use arpreach, a bit complicated but OK.

      I got high recommendation for arpreach but I found it very complicated specially since they were moving to their new product there didnt seem to be support mannual or start up mannual available.

      I asked for refund.

      Is there more support available now?? or is there any paid techi help that i can get (not too expensive)??

    I use GetResponse. Happy with their Service. Monthly US$12.30/Mth. Per Year US
    $147.60 up to 1000 Subscribers. My advise is use the reputable one because they are serious in doing business. It is very difficult to move all your Subscribers from Auto Responder Company "A" to Auto Responder Company "B" You may end up lost all your value Subscribers. Choose Carefully.

      You are right.

      Aweber seems very reliable of course but they wont accept pre existing list without re-opt in and I think I cant take the list built with them to another auto responder. So they are out of my consideration.

      Can I export an existing list in GetResponse without any problem and will they allow me to download the list that I build with them??
