Need advice with free website template and domain transfer?

I have bought a domain from 123reg.co.uk but i dont want to use their ecommerce shop package.
Im looking for a template preferably free or very little cost and for the website to have a contact form on. The website is to get leads so the customer will fill in their name, address and telephone number and it will come through to me via an email. I then contact the customer regarding their query. If you know of any sites that allow a contact form but also 'drop down arrows' or to tick boxes with different options the that would be great also.
Where can i find a website that has a good template, can add my own content to and connect a contact form to my email address?
Also how do i transfer the domain from 123 reg and connect it to this new template?
