copyright notice for ebook template?

INTERNET MARKETING

hi, i've nearly got my first new ebook done and ready to go soon, but what do i need to put in the copyright notice.
ive been looking around my harddrive through pdf files for examples and they are loads of different ones.
its a nutrition /fitness book and im from the uk, but will be selling it worldwide (hopefully

)

is there different ones needed for uk law and around the world or if anyone has a template to share it would be great.

I'm in the US, so it's a little bit different, but here's what a quick Google search for "UK copyright notice example" turned up for me. It's directly from your government's copyright website:
