You're likely to get more help if you edit your title from "How 2" so that people with WordpPress expertise actually read it. John |

Basically you can do all this and the easiest way to just add certain affiliate to certain pages is to add them to the actual post or page you want them on. As for different backgrounds you can but why. If you know a little about php and programing you can do it but you say you are a noob so concentrate on getting content in your blog rather than different backgrounds. Lots of people when they get started concentrate on the looks rather than the content and spend hours tweaking things that really don't need tweaking. Concentrate on the content first and all the rest will fall into place later. Quentin |

Thanks for the input the main reason I was asking about having affilates on some pages and not others is oe of my coworkers said that the page had a look and feel of bing to big on advertising. So I was looking to have the static home page with the affiliates and the sequencial pages or articles with there google adwords and nothing else to reduce the apperance of to many ads. I hop this makes sence.

I agree with Quentin, but..... If you really want to separate a static front page from your review posts, you need to set up Wordpress to do this then edit the Page template to be different to the Posts template. This is too complex to discuss here, but if you PM me I shall send you some videos that will help. John |
