Free ecover graphic creator?

Hello friends,

I have spent the last several days searching for a free ecover graphic creator.

I am almost 100% sure i have seen something of that nature here on the warrior
forum but I just can find it, when i search. The same online

Do you guys know where to find it, or anyone at all?

P.S. I would have gladly paid for one, but I cant make purchases over the internet
because I live in Nigeria, and we cant use use credit cards, at least not yet.
