Interpretation of bounce rate

As of today, I have bounce rate of 50 % on my blogger

http://pak-online-jobs.blogspot.com/.

Can anybody interpret this bounce rate exactly?

    According to wikipedia:
    bounce rate represents the percentage of initial visitors to a site who "bounce" away to a different site, rather than continue on to other pages within the same site.
    Simply speaking it's related to # of pages people view on your site before they leave. And actually 50% is not that bad, I think it's like 2 pages per visitor.
