A few months back Allen Says recommended a WSO called Product Creation Lab by Kevin Riley. It included the 7 dollar script and the script worked fine for me.

It is a script by Jonathan Leger which allows you to give 100% commission to your affiliates for your front end product.

And yes, from what I last heard, there are no security loopholes at the moment

The main issue with the $7 and paypal was the standard blurb in the original script that added a P.S stating you could turn around and resell the product for 100% blah blah blah.. and paypal took that as selling the opportunity more than the product.

As long as you are trying to sell a product and not an opportunity your fine I have run a couple of sites on the script with no paypal issues

There's more details about the whole deal in the $7 script forum

<noob> why would you give 100% commission to affiliates? How is that profitable for you?

It causes a type of viral effect when you have other people promoting your product AND the opportunity to make money with it. The purpose of this method is to build a list, quickly. Then sell to your list.

If you create a product and sell it for 7$ wiht out resell rights/affiliates you're the only promoting the product and won't be able to cover as much of the internet. Thats 1 person promoting 1, 7$ product and your list will build slower.

Now, if you sell a 7$ product and offer 100% commissions to the people you sell it to (whos gonna promote it for less?) you may have another 10 people on your front line promoting your product which builds your list quicker.

You think having 10 people promote your 7$ product will build your list quicker than only 1 person (yourself) promoting it?

To take it a step further, those 10 people promoting your product and building your list, will offer the 100% commissions to their list too. So if each 10 on your front line got another 10 each, thats 100 people promoting your product, building your list quicker. These numbers are just for illustration purposes only.

You'd rather have 100 people building your list than just 1, right? You'd have a bigger list with 100 people promoting your offer than just 1.

If each person got 20 sign ups to your list you would have 2,000 on your list with 100 people building it (continually growing), and just 20 people if you promote it alone.

Would you prefer a 2k person list or a 20 persons?

And this continues to build itself with a viral effect.

This is a way to leverage the internet. If you incorporate a "tell -a friend" script, this could possibly increase your efforts even more.

You also can incorporate a One time offer when you offer 100% commissions product, and then you split that 50-50 with the affilate.

You should always incorporate viral marketing into everything you do when possible.

Leverage is important and a good quote from a billionair, Andrew Carnegie (or was it J. Paul Getty?) is :

"I would rather have 1 percent of 100 peoples efforts, then 100% of my own efforts."

And this is also why Joint Venturing is so lucrtive because if you get 200,300, 400 people to promote your product launch.. you'll have a nice number of people sign up to your list.. Selling a viral product in a JV product launch with a tell a friend script will cover lots of ground.

The only issue I have with scripts like this is that the affiliate receives the payment, not you.

So, if customer asks for refunds, then you have to "ask" your affiliate to refund YOUR customer.

If they don't, your reputation will suffer greatly and you will have to pay the refund yourself, making you a two time loser.

And Paypal is very quick to pull their trigger when they suspect anything that may potentially violate their terms of service, so I would think twice if I were you.

The script is great, it works great, but this one issue is why I would advise you not use it
    or anything like it.

    Regards,
    Jason

      Hey Jason,

I've heard theres not many issues with refunds (atleast if you have quailty product), but this is def. an issue that must be taken into consideration. And it seems the pros def. out weigh the cons in this case.

If there is a OTO build in and a plan carefully thought out, im sure it shouldn't be a problem coming out on top financial wise and def. with a bigger list.

Is this only with the 7$ script, or anytime you pay out 100% commissions?

What happens when you get $47 and get 2 paypal accounts? You can use /?e=yourfirstemail@email.com and buy with the second. The money gets transferred to your other account. Any buyer aware of that can screw your sales.
