Articles submission software?

I got a site and it has almost 2070 published articles and 392 registered authors, basically it's a article directory.
2070 articles within 1 month???

Are they using any software to publish the articles?

    Maybe the directory owner emailed his site to software owner's like SEnukeX, Magic Submitter, SErobot etc.. to get listed his site and they approved his request. << good idea behind this

    They could be using a WP plugin called Unique Articles Wizard. On one of my sites (less than a year old) I have 40,953 posts mostly from that plugin and I have 15,243 contributing users. At least potentially there can be a lot of relevant content. If used wisely, it could help flesh out a thin site. I'm not sure how helpful it is for PR, but it can help the user experience.

    No there is no plugin like this, i really dont know how they do it.
    But is it Google friendly? I read some articles and they are good enough.
