Is Domain Rental Still A Viable Business Model?

Hi there,

I'm a new first time IM in Canada,

I was born with a physical disability and realized if I don't want to sit around on wheel transit until I get old and die going to a job I despise I need to get some kind of passive income going. That said there are tons of local business related .CA domains available. If "lawyersintoronto.ca" is avaliable and google keyword tool shows it gets 40 searches a month locally, is that worth a monthly fee?

    I don't know about only 40 searches per month, but the rental deal works a lot better if you actually build and rank a site so that it is already getting traffic and on page one. Businesses are much more likely to want to rent it then.
